TRAFFIC REGULATIONS ‑ PEDESTRIANS

a.            Jaywalking. Pedestrians may cross traveled roadways only at intersections or where pedestrian crosswalks are designated.

b.                     Use of sidewalks or other designated pedestrian ways

(1)           Pedestrians will not walk on any street where sidewalks or other marked pedestrian ways are provided.

(2)           Pedestrians, where sidewalks or other pedestrian ways are not provided, will walk to the left of a street facing oncoming traffic.
