12. CARD GAMES AND GAMBLING. No person shall:

a. Gamble for money with playing cards, dice or other apparatus on the Center, or participate in card or dice games of the nature, which are played for the primary purpose of betting, i.e., poker, "21", craps.

b. Conduct or participate in any lottery, dice game, card game, or other games of skill or chance in which money or any other thing of value is wagered. Games in which prizes are awarded may be authorized by the Division Director and Special Assistants for recreational purposes when properly supervised.

C. Engage in any card or other game, except athletics, when specifically authorized, during prescribed working hours, during the night hours between taps and reveille, or while on watch.

d. Any person who finds any questions, answers, or notes on any examination shall immediately turn them in to the Director of the school concerned.

e. The unauthorized possession of any examination paper, either past, present, or future is strictly prohibited.
