9. BAG INSPECTION.

a. Division Directors, in accordance with Section 5 para 1504.2 of U.S. NAVY Uniform Regulations, will be responsible for insuring that all E‑1 thru E‑3 personnel possess a complete seabag prior to transfer. Statements of personnel certifying that they are in possession of a complete and properly marked clothing outfit will be acceptable and will be filed in the individual's service record.
