13. CHEATING.

a. Cheating in any manner on courses or examinations is prohibited. Students shall not give or receive information in an unauthorized manner during classes or examinations.

b. Students shall not take examination questions or any notes pertaining to examinations from the examining room, nor shall they give or receive information or notes pertaining to previous examinations.

c. Students shall not use information received from previous examinations, written notes, or other material while undergoing an examination without express approval of the instructor.
